1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Puntersure Tips website, football-awareness blog, prediction pages, Android app-related editorial content, Telegram bot content, and methodology pages. The website is the public landing and information hub; the blog explains football context and builds awareness; the Puntersure Tips Android app is the dedicated destination for analysed football tips; and the Telegram bot provides a no-install alternative for users who want predictions delivered in Telegram. This policy explains the people and tools involved in production, the sources used, the review and approval process, our correction standards, and our responsible-use commitments.

2. Editorial responsibility

Joseph Njagi is Puntersure Tips’ founder, developer, and editorial lead. He provides the editorial direction for new articles, sets research requirements and prompts, reviews the final draft, fact-checks material claims and match details, checks source references and dates, and approves the article before publication. If a post later contains an error, becomes materially outdated, or goes beyond the evidence, Joseph is responsible for reviewing the issue and approving an appropriate correction or update. 3. AI-assisted production

Some Puntersure Tips articles are prepared with artificial intelligence assistance. Joseph supplies the research direction, prompts, constraints, and editorial instructions used to produce a draft. AI may help organize research and structure language, but it does not independently determine a prediction, verify a fact, or replace editorial judgement.

Before publication, the final article is checked for factual accuracy, fixture and date details, source quality, internal consistency, and alignment with the stated Puntersure Tips methodology. Joseph approves the final version and remains accountable for corrections. This disclosure does not mean that Joseph personally typed every sentence; it means that AI-assisted drafting is part of the production workflow and that a named human is responsible for the final published work.

Audio summaries and voice recordings may also use AI text-to-speech generated from an article summary. They are not recordings of a human speaker and may occasionally contain pronunciation or delivery errors.

4. Sourcing and analysis

Prediction and analysis content may use publicly available football information such as official fixtures and results, historical match data, team statistics, league standings, competition context, and market or odds information where relevant. The prediction process may use established statistical approaches, including form analysis, Poisson-style models, Elo-style ratings, expected-goals information, and match simulations. The specific data and method used should be described in the relevant article or methodology page where practical.

Articles that rely on external reporting or research should identify those sources in a Sources & References section where practical. Predictions are generated by the statistical and editorial process described in How Predictions Work, not by generative AI alone. Opinions and estimates are not presented as verified facts.

5. Publication, review, and labelling

Articles carry a publication date. Blog posts are primarily football-awareness and educational material, while analysed football tips are presented through the Puntersure Tips Android app and, for users who prefer not to install it, through the Telegram bot. Match-preview content should be understood in its pre-match context, and completed previews may be marked or updated when the fixture has been played. Content is presented for information and entertainment only. No prediction is guaranteed, and no article should be understood as personal betting or financial advice.

6. Updates and corrections

When an error or material omission is identified, we aim to correct it promptly. A substantial change to an article’s meaning, evidence, or conclusion should be reflected in its updated date. When a correction changes the meaning of a prediction or an important factual claim, the article should include a correction or update note rather than silently removing the original context. New information that changes a match preview should be added with clear dating where practical.
